We visited a client in Weybridge today who had a computer that would not boot into Windows 7 operating system. It turns out her hard disk error was a symptom of a failing hard drive. The worse thing was she had not backed up her hard drive but we managed to replace the faulty hard drive and recovered 100% of her family photos and especially her kids baby photos she was very grateful and very lucky the hard drive had not completely failed.
She decided to start having regular backups, which we set up for her on an external hard drive plus some cloud storage for her most precious photos. It’s an all to familiar story and we hate having to give people the bad news.
